Love, Dedication, Devotion

Ana Firelight has been studying flow arts, dance, and juggling for the last seven years of her incredible journey in performance arts. She strives for a delicate balance of grace, fluid motion, and precise technique, to bring together choreographed performances that are unique to the expression of her spirit. She has performed for a variety of events, ranging from full scale music festivals such as Lucidity and Enchanted Forest, to the Halloween Haunt at the CA Great America Theme Park, to private celebrations of all kinds.

“The Flow Arts have changed my life, the practice has helped me gain confidence in myself, taught me discipline, and has become a healing meditation. Now I feel called to bring this medium to other people, so that they too can have an opportunity to grow, learn, and express themselves with flow.” - Ana Firelight 

Ana is also a devoted poi, tightwire, and juggling teacher. Her classes are based in theory, drill exercises, and dance fusion, and are tailored to give the students the building blocks necessary to create their own individual expression of flow. She has taught  at festival such as FireDrums, PacificFire Gathering, IgNight SoCal Fire Flow Conference, Universal Flow Gathering, and Manipulation Theater (MOPS).
